April 2002 Recipe of the Month: Cheese Biscuits
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a fork.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Servings: 36 biscuits
